True photos of people who lived on the land where our wine is produced, who fought to tame it and dreamed of a better world are captured by the black and white camera at work, at rest, at a party…

We also pay tribute to the unique Chian mastic. On the labels of "Chiotiko" and "Assyrtiko" its transfer in a clay container is captured as part of an original engraving, with the permission of the Library of Chios "Korais".
